The opening session of the Capacity Building Workshop on ICH for Youth: First Workshop of the Three-Year Training Programme was held online on July 5, 2021. The workshop was co-organized by the International Training Centre for Intangible Cultural Heritage in the Asia-Pacific Region under the auspices of UNESCO (CRIHAP) and the UNESCO Beijing Office, and it drew 130 students aged 18-28 from 50 colleges and universities in China as trainees.

From Nov 2 to 5, the International Training Centre for Intangible Cultural Heritage in the Asia-Pacific Region and the UNESCO Dhaka Office co-organized a Capacity Building Workshop on ICH Nomination for Bangladesh online.
From Aug 24 to 28, CRIHAP organized the fourth Training of Trainers Workshop for Central Asia online. The five-day training drew 16 intangible cultural heritage experts and scholars.
From Aug 11 to 14, 2020, CRIHAP, ICHCAP, and APHEN-ICH co-organized a workshop on "Linking 2003 Convention and University ICH Programs" (online).The workshop was strongly supported by the UNESCO Bangkok Office.
