English is not quite widely popularized in the Central Asia region, while Russian is the language used in the whole region. To develop Russian speaking trainers in the field of intangible cultural heritage (ICH) is an important way to improve the ICH safeguarding ability of this region. This workshop is the third one to develop Russian speaking trainers for the Central Asia organized by CRIHAP on the basis of the first one in 2017 and the second in 2018.
