This workshop serves as a platform for exchanges and cooperation among Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, aiming to enhance the understanding and awareness of the 2003 Convention among ICH field researchers and practitioners and make positive contributions to further promoting the coordinated development of ICH safeguarding in the region. The Department of Culture and Tourism of Guangdong Province, Guangdong Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, Foshan Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism, Sports, Foshan Museum, and Foshan Intangible Cultural Heritage Safeguarding Centre have provided support for the workshop.
