The second session of the Capacity Building Workshop on Teaching and Learning with East Asian Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) will take place from October 28, 2025, in Jintan District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. Jointly organized by the International Training Centre for Intangible Cultural Heritage in the Asia-Pacific Region under the auspices of UNESCO (CRIHAP) and the UNESCO Regional Office for East Asia, the workshop will bring together educators from China, Japan, the Republic of Korea (ROK), and Mongolia. Over four days, UNESCO facilitators will lead discussions on integrating ICH into education, emphasizing lesson sharing and the development of effective strategies. A highlight of the program will be a field visit focused on Jintan Paper-Cutting, a national-level ICH element. This will include educational activities at the Jintan Paper-Cutting Art Center and Hohai University.
