ICH NGO Forum gathered for its yearly symposium on the eve of 18.COM
The ICH NGO Forum held its annual symposium on the theme ‘Exploring the past, present and future of safeguarding collaboration amongst multiple stakeholders’ during the Eighteenth session of the Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage in Kasane, Botswana.
The ICH NGO Forum brought together a wide range of stakeholders, beyond the membership of accredited NGOs, to take part in its activities alongside the Committee. It was a renewed opportunity for dialogue between State and Non-State stakeholders to contribute to the 20th anniversary and reflect together on the future of the 2003 Convention.
