Mr IWAMOTO, Director General of IRCI gave a lecture on the intangible cultural heritage (ICH) to 20 students from ASEAN countries, Timor Leste, and Japan on 24 February 2022. The lecture attracted the students by illustrating the characteristics of ICH, the difference with the tangible cultural heritage, the importance of collaboration between the tangible and intangible heritages, and the relationship of ICH with SDGs. The event was conceived in the framework of JENESYS Programme of Japan International Cooperation Center (JICE)
