Teaching and Learning with Intangible Cultural Heritage in Asia and the Pacific - Episode 3
The course will present you a six-episode animation made by UNESCO: Teaching and Learning with Intangible Cultural Heritage in Asia and the Pacific.
The animation illustrates the definition and the importance of teaching with ICH in schools (ICH is also called “living heritage”).
We hope that teachers, school masters, parents, students and other relevant groups can get inspiration from it, and find effective methods and paths to bring ICH into classrooms based on local realities.
Episode 3 I’M A TEACHER. HOW CAN I INTEGRATE LIVING HERITAGE ELEMENTS IN MY LESSONS?
Teaching with ICH can vary widely according to context. In this episode, we’ll take a look at some useful steps for integrating ICH into teaching content, helping teachers better transmit ICH knowledge through school lessons.
Coming Soon: Episode 4 I’M A PARENT/A COMMUNITY MEMBER. HOW CAN I HELP OUR SCHOOL ORGANIZE TEACHING WITH LIVING HERITAGE?
