On June 5, 2017, the International Training Centre for Intangible Cultural Heritage in the Asia-Pacific Region under the auspices of UNESCO held a review meeting to discuss and sum up the experience of two recent workshops. The Training of Chinese Trainers Workshop on the implementation of the 2003 Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage was held in Suzhou, China from April 17 to 26, and the Workshop on Ratification and Implementation of the 2003 Convention for South Pacific States was held in Auckland, New Zealand from May 9 to 13.
