The third meeting of the Advisory Committee of International Training Center for Intangible Cultural Heritage in the Asia-Pacific region under the auspices of UNESCO (CRIHAP) was held in Beijing from Jan 27-28, 2016. Members of the Advisory Committee of CRIHAP, several members of the Governing Board, representatives from the UNESCO office in Beijing, and experts and scholars in the field of Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) attended the meeting.
As a centre specializing in capacity-building through international training, CRIHAP is committed to conducting training activities in the field of ICH, building up a regional and international exchange and cooperation platform in the Asia-Pacific region. During the meeting, the Advisory Committee examined and approved to revise the Rules of Procedure of Advisory Committee, discussed the revision of Rules of Procedure of Advisory Committee, and consulted with representatives on the Work Report for 2015, the three-year development plan for 2016-2018, and the Work Plan for 2016.
